Construction specifications and precautions for fireproof board
Catname: Company News Writer: Double Grand HPL Times: 2025-01-15 20:49:46

Material acceptance:

Check the fireproof board inspection report

Confirm that the thickness deviation of the plate is ≤0.5mm

Check the flatness of edges (measured with a 2m straightedge, the gap should be ≤2mm)

Base layer treatment:

The moisture content of the concrete base layer should be less than 8%

The surface of the steel structure needs to be derusted to Grade Sa2.5

The spacing between embedded parts is ≤600mm

II. Construction Process Flow

Line snapping and positioning:

Use a laser level to set out

The width of the layout seam should be controlled at 3-5mm

The internal and external corners need to be strengthened

Sheet cutting:

Use a dedicated cutting machine (with a rotational speed of ≥4000r/min)

Notch chamfered at 45° (width ≥ 2mm)

Use a step drill bit for drilling

Installation and fixation:

The steel structure utilizes M6 galvanized bolts (with a spacing of ≤300mm)

Use chemical anchor bolts for the concrete base layer

Fill the slab joints with fire-resistant sealant (with an expansion coefficient of ≥150%)

III. Key control points

Seam treatment:

Horizontal joints must be installed with staggered joints (staggered joint distance ≥300mm)

Special connectors are used for vertical joints

The seam needs to be filled with fireproof cotton

Node processing:

Apply circular fireproof sealing around the through-wall pipeline

Install a fireproof back plate on the back of the electrical box

The corner is designed with an L-shaped overall wrap angle

IV. Quality acceptance standards

Flatness: Checked with a 2m guiding rule, it is ≤3mm/2m

Joint height difference: ≤1.5mm

Fireproof sealing: continuous, complete, and opaque

Anchoring strength: Pull-out force ≥ 1.5kN

V. Safety precautions

Work at heights:

Use safety ropes that comply with GB6095

The spacing between scaffold poles is ≤1.8m

Cross-operation is prohibited

Fire prevention measures:

MF/ABC4 fire extinguishers are equipped at the construction site

Designate special personnel to monitor the cutting area

Waste materials should be promptly removed and transported

Occupational health:

Wear an N95 dust mask

Wear goggles during cutting operations

Continuous operation should not exceed 2 hours

VI. Handling of Common Problems

Plate cracking:

Check the deformation amount of the base layer (≤L/500)

Re-check the reserved width of expansion joints

Replace flexible connectors

Joint leakage:

Re-apply sealant

Install waterproof sealing strips

Apply interface treatment agent

Hollowing issue:

Adopt injection-type perfusion repair

The area of a single hollow spot is no more than 100cm²

Anchor point densification

VII. Maintenance Requirements

Routine inspection:

Check the sealing condition of the joints every month

Conduct quarterly inspections on the status of anchoring components

Annual fire performance testing

Cleaning standards:

Use a neutral detergent with a pH value of 6-8

It is forbidden to use steel wool for wiping

Washing water pressure ≤ 0.3 MPa
